Leads store staff and daily operations when management is unavailable, while supporting customer service, merchandising, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on crew activities; support store management and complete opening and closing procedures.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues under company policy, and maintain confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise; manage promotional displays, signage, inventory, and department resets.
