Leads store staff in the absence of store management, supports store execution and customer service, and completes opening and closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with store management and crew.
- Assist customers, handle customer relations issues under company policy, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise; execute displays, inventory, promotional resets, and department resets following POGs.
