About the job
Leads store staff in daily operations, customer service, merchandising, and opening and closing procedures when store management is not onsite.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with management and staff.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues under company policy, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute displays and inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
