Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management while supporting customer service and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on crew activities; communicate with store management and staff.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues in accordance with company policy, and maintain confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute displays and inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
