Leads store staff and daily operations when management is not onsite, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise is stocked and presented according to store standards.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; supports store operations and opening and closing procedures.
- Assists customers and resolves customer relations issues in accordance with company policy.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, maintains displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
