Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management while supporting customer service, merchandising, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves service issues under company policy, and maintains customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, sets displays and signs, manages promotional inventory, and resets departments according to POGs.
