Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management, supports customer service, and carries out merchandise and presentation tasks.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; support opening and closing procedures.
- Assist customers and resolve customer relations issues in accordance with company policy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute displays and inventory tasks, and reset departments following POGs.
