Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, while supporting customer service and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Helps customers and resolves customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, maintains displays and signs, and resets departments according to POGs.
