Leads store staff and daily operations when management is not onsite, while supporting customer service, merchandising, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities and helps ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise; maintains displays, signage, inventory, and department resets.
