Leads store staff and daily operations in support of store performance, customer service, and CVS customer loyalty.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues under company policy, and protects customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, maintains displays and signage, manages promotional inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
