Leads store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, supports store execution and customer service, and ensures smooth operations and completion of opening and closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Helps customers, handles customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
