About the job
Leads store staff in day-to-day operations, customer service, and merchandise presentation, including opening and closing procedures when management is not onsite.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities and communicates with store management.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintains confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages promotional displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
