Leads store staff when management is not onsite, supports store operations and customer service, and completes merchandising and opening or closing tasks.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with management and staff.
- Assist customers and handle customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, manage displays and inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
