Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, supporting customer service and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues under company policy, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
