Leads store staff when management is not onsite, supports store operations and opening and closing procedures, and helps deliver customer service and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities and communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues under company policy, and maintains customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages promotional and seasonal displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
