Leads store staff and daily operations when store management is unavailable, while supporting customer service, merchandising, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; support opening and closing procedures.
- Assist customers and resolve customer relations issues in accordance with company policy.
- Price and stock merchandise, maintain displays, and reset departments following POGs.
