Leads store staff and daily operations in support of CVS Store Management, while delivering customer service and maintaining merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff and handles store operations when managers are not onsite.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues in line with company policy, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise; executes promotional displays, inventory, and department resets.
