About the job
Leads store staff and daily operations when management is not onsite, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise is stocked and presented.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with management and staff.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintain confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute displays and inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
