Leads store staff in the absence of store management, supports daily operations and opening or closing procedures, assists customers, and maintains merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with management and staff.
- Assist customers and resolve customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, manage promotional displays and inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
