Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, while supporting customer service and merchandising.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers and handles customer relations issues in accordance with company policy.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
