Leads store staff and daily operations when management is not onsite, supporting store performance, customer service, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities and communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, maintains displays and signage, and resets departments following POGs.
