Leads store staff and daily operations when store management is unavailable, supporting customer service, store performance, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Supervise crew activities and communicate with store management and staff.
- Assist customers and resolve customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, manage displays and inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
