Leads store staff in daily operations and opening and closing procedures while supporting customer service, merchandising, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities and communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages promotional and seasonal displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
