Leads store operations and crew execution on assigned shifts, supports customer service, and ensures opening, closing, and merchandising tasks are completed.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with store management and staff.
- Assist customers and handle customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute displays and inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
