Leads store staff in daily operations and customer service, supports store performance, and completes opening and closing procedures when management is offsite.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Helps customers and handles customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, sets up displays, manages promotional inventory, and resets departments.
