About the job
Leads store staff when management is not onsite, supports store operations and customer service, and completes merchandise and presentation tasks.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on crew activities; communicate with store management and staff.
- Assist customers and resolve customer relations issues in accordance with company policy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, execute promotional displays and inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
