About the job
Leads store staff when management is not onsite, supports store operations and opening and closing procedures, and promotes customer service and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages promotional displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
