Leads store staff in daily operations, customer service, and merchandise presentation, including opening and closing procedures when store management is unavailable.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on crew activities; communicate with store management and staff.
- Assist customers and resolve customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, manage displays and inventory, and reset departments according to POGs.
