Leads store staff and daily operations when store management or an Operations Supervisor is absent, while supporting customer service and merchandise execution.
What you'll do
- Supervise store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities; communicate with management and staff.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise; execute displays, signage, inventory, and department resets.
