About the job
Leads store staff and daily operations when management is not onsite, while supporting customer service, merchandise presentation, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; supports opening and closing procedures.
- Assists customers and resolves customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and promotions, and resets departments following POGs.
