Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management while supporting customer service, merchandising, and store performance.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers and handles customer relations issues while maintaining customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
