Leads store staff when management is not onsite, supports store operations and opening and closing procedures, and helps deliver customer service and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities and communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers and handles customer relations issues in accordance with company policy.
- Prices and stocks merchandise and maintains promotional displays, signs, inventory, and department layouts.
