Leads store staff in daily operations, customer service, merchandising, and opening and closing procedures when management is not onsite.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities and communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers and resolves customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
