Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management, supports customer service, and maintains merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves customer relations issues under company policy, and protects customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, maintains promotional displays and inventory, and resets departments according to POGs.
