Leads store staff and daily operations during assigned shifts, supports customer service, and maintains merchandise presentation and store readiness.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers and resolves customer relations issues in accordance with company policy while protecting confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, manages promotional displays and inventory, and resets departments following POGs.
