Leads store staff and daily operations in support of store performance, customer service, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; leads the store when management or an Operations Supervisor is not onsite, including opening and closing procedures.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise; executes displays, signage, inventory, and department resets.
