Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of management, supports customer service, and oversees merchandise presentation and opening and closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer and patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, and executes displays, inventory, and department resets.
