Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise and store displays are maintained.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with management and staff.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintain confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise; execute displays, inventory, and department resets.
