Leads store staff and daily operations in support of store management, customer service, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; completes opening and closing procedures when management is not onsite.
- Assists customers and handles customer relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise and executes displays, signage, inventory, and department resets.
