Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of management, supports customer service, and oversees merchandise presentation and store opening and closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; communicates with store management and staff.
- Assists customers, resolves customer-relations issues according to company policy, and maintains confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise and executes displays, signage, inventory, and department resets.
