Leads store operations and staff when management is not onsite, supports customer service, and ensures merchandise presentation and opening and closing procedures.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities; communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers and resolves customer relations issues in accordance with company policy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory, and resets departments to planograms.
