Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, supporting customer service, store performance, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on store crew activities and communicates with management and staff.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise; executes displays, signs, inventory, and department resets.
