About the job
Leads store staff and daily operations in support of store management, customer service, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assigns, directs, and follows up on crew activities; leads the store when management or an Operations Supervisor is not onsite and completes opening and closing procedures.
- Assists customers, handles customer relations issues under company policy, and maintains customer/patient confidentiality.
- Prices and stocks merchandise, executes displays and inventory activities, and resets departments following POGs.
