About the job
Leads store staff and daily operations in the absence of store management, while supporting customer service, store execution, and merchandise presentation.
What you'll do
- Assign, direct, and follow up on store crew activities; communicate with management and staff.
- Assist customers, resolve customer relations issues according to company policy, and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price and stock merchandise, maintain displays and signage, manage promotional and seasonal inventory, and reset departments following POGs.
