Architects and optimizes Epic solutions and reporting to support Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, and NCQA quality measurement and improvement.
What you'll do
- Design and oversee Epic build, data models, and reporting for quality measures and Star Ratings initiatives.
- Partner with clinical, quality, population health, and analytics teams to translate measure requirements into technical solutions.
- Validate and optimize measure workflows, reporting, interoperability, and documentation for accuracy and audit readiness.

- 5+ years of experience with Epic, including hands-on work in Healthy Planet, Clarity/Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, or SlicerDicer.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, and/or NCQA quality measure programs.
- Strong understanding of value-based care and ACO population health operations.
Nice to have
- Epic certification(s) in Healthy Planet or Reporting Cadence, ClinDoc, or related modules.

USD $106,605.00 - $284,280.00 base salary or base hourly rate
