Supports specialty pharmacy operations by processing prescriptions, coordinating patient deliveries and refills, filling and shipping medication orders, and assisting with inventory and customer service.
What you'll do
- Enter prescription information, fill medication orders accurately, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
- Contact patients to arrange delivery or pickup and make refill reminder calls; pack and ship medications.
- Maintain inventory, assist walk-in customers, and perform cash register transactions.
