Processes specialty pharmacy prescriptions and supports patients with complex therapies from intake through fulfillment, coordinating access, adherence, and medication delivery.
What you'll do
- Process prescription orders, coordinate medication deliveries, and conduct refill outreach to support adherence.
- Submit and follow up on prior authorizations; investigate benefits and support copay assistance.
- Communicate with patients, providers, and insurers to resolve access barriers, document interactions, and triage calls.

- Active MA Pharmacy Technician license/registration.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT/ExCPT).
