What you'll do
- Develop strategies to improve and differentiate the Aetna member experience, informed by member needs, business priorities, and market trends.
- Lead research and analysis, including member and market insights, competitive assessments, opportunity sizing, business cases, and feasibility analysis.
- Partner with senior leaders and business owners to connect enterprise capabilities, facilitate strategic workshops, and move initiatives toward execution.
