Leads underwriting and financial analysis, including complex PBM pricing strategies, to support client needs and grow pharmacy lives.
What you'll do
- Develop, coach, and evaluate a team of Underwriters while maintaining employee engagement.
- Lead pricing and financial analysis activities and support development of underwriting models and analytic solutions.
- Build relationships with Sales, Account Management, and Aetna Finance, Pricing, and Sales teams; provide data-supported consultation and participate in client meetings as needed.
