Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while delivering safe dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations, and clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel patients, provide immunizations and permitted clinical services, and promote safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
- Oversee the pharmacy team and operations during assigned shifts, including coaching, workflow, inventory, and patient service.
- Support regulatory compliance, patient safety, and pharmacy performance; assume the Pharmacy Manager’s day-to-day duties when the primary pharmacist-on-duty.
